Returns

For in store purchases, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days for a full refund. Refunds will be issued back to the card used for the purchase or loaded onto a gift card. Collectible items (all trading card game products) are non-returnable. 

We reserve the right to deny a return or refund based on certain criteria, including but not limited to: length of time from initial purchase or condition of the item to be returned.
